Price was great $169 and it included $50 dining credit and $25 gamblimg credit. I booked a one night stay during the week for my wife and I for a quick get away. Stay away unless you want to be disrespected. So I say to the staff at Mount Airy Lodge, here is the power of the internet and learn how to treat your clientele. Here they did nothing, made me talk to one manager after another and treated me with no respect. In Vegas I would have been reimbursed in a millisecond. So long story short, they do not treat you with respect here and make you feel like an idiot if you have something stolen from you. I was like no more calls either do something for me or stop calling me. So you think the hotel would give me some credit? No, instead they made me feel guilty, and had one supervisor after another call me. State police on premises confirmed this story (m and said they couldn't find the individual. However they actually reviewed the tape and it was confirmed I dropped the voucher and was taken right away from the bar. The security supervisor was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault. My girlfriend talked to the security, and they said they will review the tapes. So in happening of winning a $150 voucher, I ventured over to the bar to buy a drink. You charge the room via a flimsy piece of paper. I had a package where I had a $100 food credit, gambling etc. The room was very nice, bed, lcd TV, nice shower. Nice casino (though I don't trust the electronic blackjack) but the roulette is better electronically. Ok let me first say they did a nice job of renovating the hotel. We tried to get a tour of the rooms but was told that they did not offer tours on the weekend. Price was $21.99 but a $2 discount if you show your rewards card. We did eat in the buffet which was pretty good.

There was a nice circular bar in the middle of the floor with some reasonably priced restaurants around the outer edge of the casino.

The blackjack and some of the roulette machines were virtual reality and it was quite interesting to watch. Plenty of different new machines with comfortable seats and a raised platform under the machine which was great to rest your feet on. Also had 25 cent and dollar machines around the floor. There was plenty of 1 cent, 2 cent and 5 cent machines. There is smoking on one side and no smoking on the other. I self parked as there was plenty of open lot parking and the walk to the casino was quite short. Took a ride up to Mount Airy Casino Resort for the day and I was very impressed.
